Cody the salesman was kinda helpful, definitely new to the car business. Anytime his phone would go off he would be more interested in it than the actual customers right in front of him. Just felt like the sales manager didnt really try to get any deals worked out. Very disappointed in the whole experience as I was really hoping to do business with George Moore but will not be coming back. Went right over to Arlington Toyota and received 10X better service overall and was able to leave in a car. I did use the car service repair at George Moore and Mike was awesome! He would definitely be a better car salesman because he knows what hes talking about and had awesome customer service and is the only reason I gave more than a one star review.

Talk about about bad customer service. I mean great sales guy but overall poor experience. Walked in with check knowing what l wanted and still waited almost three hours to meet with financing and when l told them l had another appointment to go to they dragged feet getting me my check, so much so l got loud with them. I can honestly see why folks dread going to these places.

Me.Glenn was professional bought a Chevy equinox and I didn't know it came with a sunroof.So I returned the car back to get the one that has a sunroof the very next day.Sales reps told me I had to finance to buy another car .so I bought 2 cars in one and a half days.I ask where is George Moore they stated he never in the store.The damn car was still new.I was told it wasn't new since I only had it for 10 hrs..Then I had my car service and my appointment was,9am.when I got my car back it was 5pm.next time I'm not leaving my car there and maybe I will my car back in a timely matter.worst experience I should have buy my car from Nissan or Ford . Because they give you 5 days to return the car.so disappointed with Chevrolet on Atlantic
