The amount of fees associated with the purchase were extremely high. Once we told the salesperson we were not buying that particular car, we were quickly written off. "They price low and sell fast, thats how they sell 700 cars a month" was what I got from them. I wasn't looking for a fast sale, I was looking for a car buying experience when spending that kind of money, and didn't feel that there. They were only about selling quick.
Terrible service. I was never called when my car was finished being worked on and when I did call to inquire when it would be done I was told it was completed hours ago. Then they proceeded to tell me they would call me and Uber right away to come get me. After waiting an hour for the Uber I called back to figure out what was going on... I was told that an Uber was never called for me. I was given no appology, only excuses. Terrible experience, I would suggest taking your car to another shop instead.
