I had previously not been approved to buy a new vehicle. Sam and the dealership team worked with me to get me in a next to new car with affordable payments! Highly recommend them! Thanks again Sam!! ***EDIT After having my jeep for only 3 months, the 2 front tires were showing cords due to bad alignment. Meaning that they sold the vehicle out of alignment. In the end they covered my alignment which should have been done to begin with. I had to replace all 4 tires. Dealership should have made the issue correct considering it was due to their negligence. They should have covered the 2 front tires damaged by being out of alignment. Overall they weren't helpful. The tires were much more expensive than an alignment fee and should not have been needed on a basically brand new vehicle. Really disappointed overall.

I am literally ready to buy a vehicle. Have finding ready ECT. I just had a a male salesman come into a chat I was having with a female rep, take over and ask me same ??? again btw they're typed in above, it's a chat. Gets better when I mentioned these things, he hung up on me HUNG UP SO WHAT IS UP WITH THAT.
It was a great experience. Fast and easy! I drove over an hour away to get the vehicle I wanted and they had great communication over the phone and kept their word when I got there. Thanks!

Sean and Dante were amazing. They were able to resolve the issue I was having with my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and order the new parts necessary. They were timely, communicative and extremely efficient. Their waiting area has beverages, snacks and a TV. The area is always clean and comfortable. I will drive the distance to continue servicing my vehicle here.

Buyer beware!!! These people are doing what they are trained to do, make a sale and get rid of you. They are nice to your face and tell you what you want to hear to make money. I bought a 2009 dodge ram 1500 from them and it was a terrible experience from day one. Truck and multiple issues from the start in which they left it on the lot for 2 months with a broken mirror, electric start didn't work, locking mechanisms didn't work, roof was leaking due to a bad seal, etc. They said all of that would be fixed. Made the deal and took the truck home and half of the stuff was not fixed. Had to take it down 4 times for them to fix and refix their consistent mistakes. Salesperson blamed it on service dept on a day to day basis. Never kept in touch when they promised. My exhaust rusted off and the serpentine belt is going and they aren't covering it even after the hassle they put me through. Terrible dealership to go too and I do not reccomend thenlm to anyone. Not the same dealership I dealt with 5 years ago. Scammers for sure!
