Not only did we go above and beyond to custom order you a Jeep and sell it and invoice pricing, we also provided you a loaner for the day so you could deliver mail while we worked on your Jeep. I apologize that your Jeep had mechanical issues and that you feel this way. If you have to drive a little further to find another dealership, I highly recommend PASSING THIS PLACE BY. I bought a brand new Wrangler, still has paper tags on it but been in the shop (different dealer shop) 5 times for the same issue. Guy in Pittsburg did not acknowledge the issue and said I was making it up. Went back to Pittsburg to have windows tinted and rain guards installed but the adhesive didnt hold and one of the rain guards is flapping in the wind.. No service after the sale, GM will call you a liar and service hopefully installed my hitch better than my rain guards. Total nightmare

Scam!!! Went up there to collect prize that they said was a winner!!!! Went 45 min out of the way just to be told we needed there winner numbers to match!!! Then said well would I like to buy a vehicle??? Really!!! How about some gas money for your misleading words. I'm truly disgusted. But they acted as if you got the winning invitation then you're a winner. A winner of 45 minutes out of my time and gas money thanks a lot Chrysler of Pittsburgh.

We were told they could work with us. We drive the hour there and was told We could not get a truck and they tried to put us in a small car that both bumpers were screwed on and with silicone also in the creases of the bumper. Then when we refused the car. Then they said we could get a truck with more down. By this time I'm thinking we were just told no on the truck. So, I said no all together. Customer service was not satisfactory. Felt like we were lied to and tried to be pushed into something junk.
