They were great to work with until they didn't communicate about more damage that was found. Then would not work with me to correct after the work was completed.

They do a good job but their communication sucks. I was told my truck would be done in 2 hours and I waited 4 hours

WHERE DO I BEGIN! These guys are absolutely amazing. Most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. This, in my opinion, is the ONLY auto body company that anyone should ever take their vehicle too. Not only are they quick and speedy on your estimate but it is done right, it is done with full compassion, and with full respect for your time and your vehicle. I would like to specifically give a shout out to Chad the assistant manager. He has gone above an beyond. Chad and his entire staff of highly trained employees are completely willing to speak with you, educate you on what they have done, and keep you in the loop on your car repairs. They treat you like family, like you belong there. Not just as a paying customer. I will forever recommend this place and continue bring in any vehicle I ever need worked on. Thank you Shaffers.

If an insurance company has already written an estimate and paid for damages we need to have a place to start that is why we ask for the insurance quote so that when the job is done if there are any supplements we can direct them to the insurance company. Sorry you feel like this is Shady but it's common practice in the Collision world and insurance industry.

My father in law brought his vehicle to get a quote to fix damage from the storm. While he already received a check from insurance these guys told him he needed to share the insurance amount he got with them before they could bid what it would cost to fix the damage to the car. Shady business practice at best. Shame on you for trying to take advantage of a senior. Why he would need to share what insurance gave him before you can bid what it costs to fix it is super shady! Shame on you!!
