Took jeep in for oil change and to see if the thermostat was covered underneath the warranty forever. After getting a $135 bill 75 for the oil change 53 something for the Diagnostics which I already knew it was the thermostat me and Tony decided to have a talk. He informed me the forever warranty is not a Chrysler product and would like to give me the phone number to talk to you them. Finding out that the forever warranty only covers oil lubricated parts unlike the salesman that sold me the vehicle told me if the motor blew up it was covered forever. So the warranty I found out is pretty much junk because they will find a reason that the oil part was caused from water and will void the warranty anyhow. Tony should be a Salesman he explains that great. Never had a problem with Tony I feel sorry for him having to deal with this warranty that really is not a warranty. They need to train their salesman to explain what the forever warranty is. I found out by talking to Tony that a sheet of toilet paper is better than Twin City Dodges forever warranty. Do not let them fool you in buying a vehicle with the forever warranty. I do love the Jeep product I just will not buy it from Twin City Dodge again

The experience that I had at twin City Dodge was the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I will never purchase another vehicle from there again. The service department is nothing but a joke and the way that I was spoke to by your employees was absolutely unacceptable! I was made to feel like it was my fault that my Jeep was not fixed the first or second time. I paid for the extended warranty after I was told that my vehicle was included in the warranty forever at the time of purchase. But as soon as Im stranded at the side of the road I was told that it was not covered and that my vehicle could not be towed there to be fixed! So I paid $500 to someplace that didnt even fix the problems. And was treated even worse by the warranty customer service. Then I was promised by my service adjuster that the money would be refunded to me. I still havent heard anything back about that. And then I find out that the service adjuster that said that no longer works for your company. Worst experience ever!!!! I will purchase my vehicles elsewhere from now on. And I will make sure that anyone that I know does not go to twin city dodge too!

I bought my car from Twin City. Take it there to get serviced. Always A+++ service. I bought my wife's car from a different dealer from out of town. Cause they had what we were searching for. Well my wife's vehicle had a sway bar link go bad. So I took it to where I had purchased it from cause it was under warranty. They said nothing was wrong with the vehicle. So I took it to Twin City for a second opinion, and they found the sway bar link was the culprit. Glad they did as we are on vacation and have a 4hr drive one way tomorrow. Fixed it the same day and she's ready for a road trip! Thanks, Cory at Twin City. On a side note, Twin City sends you a video of the inspection and what they find which I was able to send to my wife's auto dealership to get 100% reimbursed for the repairs Twin City preformed!!!

Wow. Twin City Chrysler Dodge finally did it. They moved to a great location that use to be Bill Andrews Oldsmobile dealership. The inside looks amazing and it's great for waiting on your vehicle to be fixed. Customer service area for vehicle is awesome. Nate Barrett you did an amazing job. Keep it up Twin City.

Beware! I have purchased 6 new Dodge vehicles in my lifetime and have a father that retired from Chrylser so I am pretty loyal to Chrysler. I have had two very negative experiences at this dealership and feel that I must warn others. The first incident was with the purchase of a new vehicle in which they placed my fathers employee discount on my purchase to get me the price that I was looking for and did not tell me this until I showed to close on the loan and pick up the vehicle. I had specifically told them while looking at the vehicle that I wanted to get the vehicle on my own and did not want to use this discount. They knew that I wanted a specific price point so they pulled some shaddy stuff and did not spring it on me until the closing. Then they asked for dad SS# to do the deal. What they did was sneaky and underhanded. I said that I would not go back to Twin City but made a mistake and did for convenience sake. In March of 2015 I had a problem with a Dodge that I purchased from Boziak Dodge in Merrillville. Reseach shows that a wiring harness should have came installed on my vehicle but instead I took possession of this new vehicle with the wiring harness in a plastic bag in the storage compartment that houses the jack and tire tools. I wanted to purchase a trailer and needed this harness installed. I went to Twin City for service on this wiring harness as I work in Lafayette. Twin City would not fix the problem and directed me to Boziak. I phoned Chrysler Corporate services for assistance with the matter. Scott in the service department at Twin City lied to Chrysler Corporate and told them that I had taken off the factory harness and replaced it with an after market part. I am a 50+ year old single woman and would not have even thought to do something like this...really! I don't know where Scott got this story but it is a blatant lie. Luckily I had kept all of the records proving what actually occurred and Chrysler Corporate is going to take care of this problem for me. Quite frankly I don't know how Scott sleeps at night after making up stories about people. Have you ever heard about Karma Scott? Stay away from this place! Update 3/25/15 - coincidentally the day that I place the review listed above I received a call from the president of this dealership, Nate Barrett, inquiring about my recent experience in their service department. I told him the details above. He apologized and said that he wanted my business and would get to the bottom of this and call me back on Monday. That was 10 days ago. Good follow through Nate. I guess the poor customer service filters down from the top. Shame on you!
