Total disrespect from this Mazdas representative. Someone didnt know the answer to my question so the rep refused to make an attempt to help me out. Told me well then we cant work on your car

I've had some pretty bad dealership experiences. My experience at Martin Mazda gave me hope that there are still good dealerships out there. I was pretty young, so when I walked into other dealerships, people seemed to ignore me and whatnot. Not here. They treat every customer like a valued asset before they even know what you want. I never felt pressured throughout the entire process and my salesman was really patient. I really appreciated the experience here. I would definitely consider going back
I recently purchased a 2017 Mazda CX3 from Martin Mazda. My #1 go-to salesman is Brian Matt. He is by far the friendliest, caring car salesman our family has had the pleasure of purchasing cars from. He calls me each month to check if I need anything or to just to say "HI". Keep up the good work!
