Been coming to this place for years always been happy with the service until STEVE came along. He lies, don't answer emails don't call back and not even his text messages! Then claims he never got them. I just sold f12 and getting new 812 in few months from SF FERARRI and now will drive to Silicon Valley Ferarri for service !!! attaching last text conversation I had with Steve so you all know what to expect when you deal with this guy. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHILE THIS SERVICE ADVISOR WORKING THERE.
