Wanted to bring my car in for service,when I arrived everyone was to busy doing inventory When I finally talked to someone he told me that the service department has not opened on a Sunday in two months with a very snooty attitude. I informed him that the hours posted on the door stated they were open at 9:00 AM. The recording on the phone stated the same thing. All he could say to me was he was not aware of that with the same snooty attitude. It's like this is how you treat customers, needless to say I will be taking my car somewhere else. Thank you for showing me how you jerks do business.
Be forewarned, this dealer had my 2 year old Ram HD Diesel in for warranty/recall work and some how managed to have it slip off the jacks they were attempting to lift the cab off of the frame with and did significant body damage to my truck. The truck had not had any body and paint work done to it prior to being taken to them, and now it has and will never be the same again. The dealer paid for the truck to be fixed, but refuses to compensate me for the depreciated value. Take your vehicle to this dealer at your own risk!

I just wanna say and give a big thank you to Aramis Romero and Art Gallegos for their excellent service and for helping me getting my dream car that I thought it was impossible to get 2019 dodge charger blacktop edition. Both guys were very nice and friendly persons and they both help me a lot with my car plus their service was perfect and if it was up to me I would give them a 10 stars ratting. Came here for parts. Salesperson on the floor was super nice and helpful and unfortunately, that was the highlight of the visit. Rang Bell for service at counter. Nothing happens. Ring a few more times. Nothing happens. Ssrvice advisors and other employees do nothing to help despite seeing me look for help. Went to ask for help at the service advisors desk. Told me to wait some more. I will be waiting at Burlingame Nissan. This place doesn't deserve my business or my money.
