They tried to allure me giving the best price in town. When I drove down there, then they started adding additional fees such as Vehicle Theft Protection Program VIN Etch for $299 saying these are must buys deleting certain discounts from the promised price saying I am not eligible for that. This happened 3 times within 10 days, every time I drove down there they added some cost. They also manipulated my Financing interest rates from Chase Bank Finance. When I finally purchased the vehicle for another Mazda dealership within same week, I got much lower interest rates from Chase Finance for same principle amount. They seem to much care less about the customer as they much they are interested running fraudulent schemes. Don't deserve overall rating of 4+. Hated it.

My fiance and I just bought cars from there yesterday. Our sales guy Humberto was really easy going, didn't pressure us at all to buy a car, listened to our needs, and stayed 3 hours after they closed to make sure we were taken care of. Mike and Marta were great to work with. They got us a lower interest rate than our bank gave us. Marta was able to help me get warranties on my car and still stay within my budget. Great people to work with. If you're looking to buy a car check this place out.

I've purchased a number of vehicles over the years. And the negotiation process can always have a bump or two along the way. But the staff at C.J. Wilson Mazda especially Dan and Jack were very fair with me throughout the process. I'm looking forward to an on-going relationship with the dealership.
