This place is the worst if you're of color, I brought my Infiniti here for a recall. The first time they ordered the wrong part,so there goes 3 hours of wasted time. The second time, they want to charge me over $300 to remove a seat that they need to in order to change the bags. How is it my problem and why do they want to charge me that much for something that it's their job to do any way? Waste of time and treated like skum. Never again would I go to this place again!!!

This is our 2nd trip to the Infiniti of Valencia dealership. It says a lot for us to go to the same dealership twice to purchase a car and it because the people there are amazing. Samuel and Ray helped us with the purchase the first and second time we got our car here. They are friendly, personable, and helpful sales people. I highly recommend to get your next care at this dealership! I know leaving the facility we built a good relationship with our sales person.

We recently purchased a vehicle for my son and I got to say that Ray, Berry and Jovanny were very helpful and knowledgeable in the whole process. This was the second time getting a car at this dealer are a very pleased with the customer service and attention. We'll definitively come back when we're in the market for another vehicle.
So, this is a bitter sweet update. I stand by my original 5 star review of Youhanna in Financing because he really went out of his way to help me and was very honest. Now, on the other hand their sales person Celica (Celina) was just trying to make a quick sale without keeping her word. Silly me, believing that pre-owned car sales person would keep her word. I bought my pre-owned 2016 Q50 from Celica right before Christmas, but I was in a rush because I was about to leave on a family trip to Big Bear. When I was test driving the car I noticed there was a crack on the steering wheel. I pointed it out to her and she assured me it would be fixed by the time I came to pick up the car after the Christmas. After my dealings with Youhanna, I assume Celica would have the same integrity as he did, but I was wrong. When I came back to pick the car, she assured me that the part had been ordered but because of the Christmas break, it hadn't arrived on time. She advised she would follow up with me. I reached out to her two weeks later and I received the same response. In the end, she never followed through. So, I guess for a high end dealer, its more important to lie and make a quick buck than to provide solid honest service.
