Wish I could give 0 stars! Products smell bad, horrible customer service, slow shipping/processing time. Stay away! There are a lot of better indie beauty companies out there!

I could buy better products from the dollar store! I've had my Looxi products for less than a year and some of them are already growing mold -- disgusting!!!

I absolutely love looxi beauty! I love everything in that Jessica makes whatever she touches turns to Gold her Shadows are absolutely beautiful and her highlighters are out of this world you will not be disappointed

The eyeshadows and highlighters I've gotten from Looxi are always stunning, and their prices quite literally can't be beaten. I've never been disappointed with a color I've picked, and their swatches are generally spot-on to when I swatch them myself. I will say that these shadows are definitely a little more fragile than others, but what can you expect? Just be careful with them and they'll last you until you use them up.

The Looxi Beauty products are great but the customer service is the worst. If the owner, Jessica, doesn't like you for any reason at all, she will cancel your order. Don't ask her repeatedly about when she's shipping your order or when she will have a new product posted to her website, or she will cancel your order. Apparently she doesn't realize the importance of customer service. On top of that, her and her friends will berate you on social media. Like I said, the products are pretty good but is it worth it? No, not to me. There are plenty of other cosmetics companies out there with similar products and better customer service.
