We bought a 2016 Maserati Granturismo Sport from this dealer in 2020. THANK GOD we purchased an extended warranty. Starting March 2021 our car started having electrical issues. They have had our car for SIX MONTHS!.. It would take an hour for me to tell you the nightmare their customer service is.. They told us last week, 9/23/21, our car was ready. Drove it home. The key fob to lock the door would not work. The button to open the gas tank would not work.. So no gas. Do NOT buy from this dealership. I have never seen such gross incompetence in a service department. On top of it, their customer service does not keep the customer updated. Leave a comment on this and I will be glad to give total details. All we wanted was our wonderful car to drive, kind of a lifelong dream. They made it a nightmare.

Had my 3 year prepaid car service with them this AM. Dealership is extremely clean and well kept. Looks new. Service manager was great. Work on the car was timely and professional. We will be back there when it is time to upgrade for a new model! FGF
