I went to porsche dealer on last Sunday, there was a guy name Todd which I assume is the sales person there, he looks arrogant and not friendly. I asked couple questions about the specs and the payment considering with my budget, he answered me like I can not afford to buy Porsche just by the way I look perhaps. So by heard the way he answered to me like that, I rather walk away and not continue my time wasted there. This review is based on my experience, maybe you guys had different way. So my suggestion to the manager: Train your sales person to respect and answered customer with humble not just bias to people.
Joe Allis (the general manager of Porsche Santa Clarita) is untrustworthy at best. He tried to buy my 2018 Porsche GTS on Bring a Trailer. He won the bidding (placed highest bid), but then refused to pay me before either having the title or the car. This is not how car sales work. The buyer pays in full, then the seller transfers the title and the car can be picked up. Bring a Trailer communicated with Joe, saying the same thing as I did about the buyer paying in full first, but Joe still refused. The result: my car did not actually sell. Suppose I needed the money, Joe would be responsible for me not getting it. Also, Joe paid $5,000 to Bring a Trailer just for the right to buy my car on the site. His $5,000 will not be refunded, even though he did not get the car. Talk about bad business.
Wow! Thank you for the wonderful feedback and review, Danard! Our team here at Porsche Santa Clarita wishes you the best. We look forward to your next visit! Neda Mongeau Director of Customer Relations 818-922-3635 [email protected]

Amazing dealership! Great service and selection of great vehicles. And try the restaurant inside the showroom. And don't miss the mesuem under the showroom! Epic and exceptional.
Brand new dealership, the facility is top of the and the customer service is no different. Salesperson Todd Kessler went above and beyond to get me my new Porsche Panamera Executive approved and didn't give up. My wife and I flew in from Sacramento to get this car and we couldn't have been more happier. The dealership was great, the staff was great, Todd Kessler was great and our Car is great. We recommend anybody and everybody to give Porsche Santa Clarita a chance and they will definitely beat your expectations. LOVE THE CAR, THANKS TODD !!!
This is my fifth Porsche vehicle and regret getting my car and requesting service at this location instead of Downtown Porsche. On Thursday of 8/4/22 I noticed a nail with low tire pressure in the morning as I was heading out and slowly drove to get it serviced since I had tire insurance and was near by. First the assistant service manager, Mike or Michael Holland Jr had a horrible attitude that I never experienced from a dealership. Mike lets me know he checked stock and will schedule me for the next day 10 am and thats the soonest he can do for replacing my tires. He also tells me I should be okay to drive it slowly without any effort in inspecting the tire or the pressure at all. I figured he was having a busy stressful day and let it be. I come 10am the next day and the head service manager who I had good experience with telling me they dont have the tire and I need to call back on Monday in a few days. I am very upset because I moved my meeting to get this done as soon as possible and Mike comes out and proceeds to let me know there must have been a confusion or he must have been out of it and excuses excuses. I proceed to drive the car slowly again and hear my tire giving out and losing control of the steering wheel and almost getting into a accident. I wasted my time, energy, and was put in danger with others driving. I wont recommend this new dealership only a few years old until they have their management down especially their assistant service manager. This guy Michael Mike should be better off working for Toyota or Mazda, maybe not in the service business at all.
