I scheduled a pickup through Casper. LoadUp failed to come on 2 separate occasions, leaving me to wait for two 4-hour periods. I would not recommend this company.

I manage apartment buildings in a busy city, and one of my former residents recommended this company for their upfront quotes and clear communication. None of that happened here. As somebody who manages apartment buildings for a living, I can't recommend this company for anyone who needs furniture disposed of before moving. Here's why: I placed an order 5 days prior and had it confirmed. Received a reminder email the day before. They no-showed during my window. When I called support to find out why, I was repeatedly knocked off the line right around the 7 minute mark. After 3 rounds of this, I opted to simply get a callback. When I received my callback, I was told my account was on hold. Why? Apparently the driver tried to contact me and didn't get an answer. No missed calls, no texts, and no emails, so that clearly didn't happen. The agent then said that the driver I had booked was not working today, so either he tried to contact me without a trace on a day he wasn't working, or one of those statements was a lie. The agent then said nobody else would be able to come by today, and that they had other orders to take care of. Except mine, of course. I move out of my apartment in 2 days, and now I'm going to have to find a new service in the busiest time of the year for movers or hope that the second time is the charm for my order.

Matt Mullen from Majestic Handyman Services came out and removed what he was contracted for, as well as everything I sprung on him last minute. He and his employee were friendly, helpful, honest, fairly priced and effective. Matt is a great communicator; I knew exactly when he was going to arrive, and he was perfectly on-time. I would highly recommend him for any job you have that comes up. Fair price with no worries.
