Hi Devin! Im so sorry that you feel you were treated poorly, as that is not how we operate or do business at all. A basic car alignment is as stated, unless any parts are needed to correct the alignment and/or any underlying issues. We always make that clear when we schedule a customer, as we do not know what condition the suspension components are in until after we inspect the vehicle. In your case, in order to get the alignment correct, you would need an adjustment kit to correct your camber numbers. That is not uncommon, and it is an additional charge to install it. Since we could not do your alignment correctly without the kit, and you opted to not have the kit installed, we did not charge you at all. We believe that is more than fair, as we did have a technician inspect your vehicle and run the alignment numbers. If you would like to discuss this matter with us further, we would be glad to explain to you again the reasoning and mechanics of camber and caster as it relates to wheel alignments.

If I can give them 0 stars I would I literally came in for a front wheels Alignment and on the phone they said $85 but when I got there it was $250 and thats not what they told me on the phone. They was being so unprofessional and rude. I didnt even want the Alignment no more. Never again will I go to this place with my hard earned money.

Everyone here is very friendly and professional. I dropped my tractor and trailer off for alignment. Everything is straight as an arrow down the road. Also my son had tubes put in that morning. I mentioned I had to go to hospital and I may not be there right away for pickup. They took care of everything and they were very kind and thoughtful to leave a little gift bag for my son on my seat. Great family oriented business.
