The service department is not honoring auto sports free oil changes. They also got rid of their coffee machine and replaced it with an old school one that didnt have any coffee made at 8 am. The phone rings constantly and loudly and their WiFi is not operational. Not the customer experience during waiting for service that I had learned to expect through auto sport. Lets hope with time they improve.
We apologize if there was a misunderstanding in what adjusted market value of $5000 on top of the MSRP. Since the Telluride is presold before it arrives there is a premium on it and we check our markup to ensure we are in line with other Kia dealers. We never hid we were charging a premium for the Telluride so our honesty should not be in question. I wish you best of luck with your new Telluride when it arrives and if you discover the pricing isn't what you are expecting when you go to finalize the transaction, please feel free to come back to Motion as we told what it would be upfront and that won't change when the customers finalize their deal here.

My husband and I stopped in this Kia dealership yesterday. We were looking for help in purchasing a 2022 Telluride. We told salesman Steve Mattison what we were looking for. He had a terrible bedside manner. Said they had ordered two that we could choose from. I asked what was in them and had to specifically remind him that we werent buying a car without knowing what was in it. He then attempted to find the best list he could to closely match what might be in the car. The price he quoted us was over $57,000. I asked him what made up that sticker price. Since it should have been in the $52,000 range. He gave me a minor list of items and I then asked how it was that things like cargo nets, mud guards etc could add up to an additional $5,000. It was only then that he came clean telling us that this dealership is marking up their cars due to the demand for them. He said we would not find another dealer out there that did not. Well I have some news for Steve Mattison. We found an honest dealer that sold us the exact car we wanted for MSRP and no more. Mt. Olive Kia has horrible customer service and they are not honest.
Love this dealership! Great customer service. Howie was wonderful salesmen, easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable about features ect. Showed me how everything works. Parts and service are tops too! Easy to schedule appointment on line or call and they are so helpful.
Accessory Rip Off. I called to have get a price for installation of the OEM Kia remote start. They quoted me $946. That is over $200 more than any other dealership. When I asked them to confirm the price because they were so much more expensive, I got hung up on.
