The worst customer service in my life. Was approved for my business for truck. They were nice at the first day and gave me truck until they prepare docs But they couldn't prepare docs in 1.5 days. I called them at least 20 times and nobody call me back. When I came back sales and financial told me that they were busy with another customers. It's mean that if you are out of the doors you became nobody. They care only if you physically in Store buy a car. After sale good luck. I was out of business 2 my days because of them and lost 2 good deals for truck, due to trust them and decided to work with them.

This is for the diehl towing. They said less then 45 minutes. Was broke down only 10 minutes from there shop.... needless to say I was told I needed to be there for them to take the truck. Well waited for 2 hours and left truck there had a ride... they called shortly after thatand said 30 minutes... so get a ride back to the truck wait a hour. And they said I had to wait again they went on another tow..... In total a 30 minute tow ended up takingover four hours
