I own a automotive repair facility and scheduled an older Jaguar for service I wasnt able to program the cars cluster. I scheduled this appointment in November had it towed for time and convenience which I had paid for. Upon tribal the vehicle was refused because it was to old!! If I handle people this way I would be out of business so horrible!! Thanks for nothing I will pass this on to as many people I possibly can!!! Andy
