Brought my car in for service and had an experience that I'd like to speak to the owner about. Wondering how I can make that happen? Follow up: without going into detail, this was a bad experience from all angles. Ill never deal with this dealership again. Ive sold my Jaguar and will not buy another. The ownership experience was bad from a product point of view. Ive dealt with several dealers over the 22 years I owned my Jaguar and Jaguar of North Haven is the only one I had a horrible experience with. If I still owned my Jag I would take it to any other dealership but would avoid North Haven like the plague.

Update: Took them 1 over 1 month to refund my deposit on the vehicle. Salesperson Chris overpromised many factors of the deal, and was a complete mess. Finance manager led me to believe I was approved and had me add the vehicle to my insurance, pay a deposit, and schedule a pick up date. All time wasted in the end.
