Service Dept. was dishonest, failed to communicate on charges and I had to pay for services I didn't authorize. I just took it in to have them look at a few things and do an oil change. After I paid my bill, I realized there was $130 labor charge for something they didn't do, nor did they get authorization from me to complete. When I call to ask about the labor charge I was told that it's a diagnostic fee, "The $154 and some change is the fee, that it's not free". I told them I was never advised of a diagnostic fee, to which I was told " you should have been told when you made the appt.".

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!! Very unprofessional, they will deliberately lie to your face and when you questions, they refuse to give you a straight answer. I witnessed every sales scam imaginable. Coming here has been the biggest mistake of my life.
