This is patently false. We 100% stand behind every product we sell and are ready and willing to hold up the terms of our warranty. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY MECHANICAL PARTS FROM CENTRAL AUTO PARTS OR ANY PARTS YARD WHO VENDORS FOR TEAM PRP. Im the service manager at a relatively big car dealership in Colorado Springs and have been burned by these guys several times. Most recently on a 2012 Dodge Journey transmission that doesnt work at all. Their warranty is a complete joke and they do not hold their end whatsoever. They are now rejecting my calls and have no intentions of helping. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TEAM PRP OR CENTRAL AUTO PARTS!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!!!

Rolando, I'm so sorry you got disconnected. We use a VOIP system and sometimes we used to have trouble dropping calls due to a poor connection. We've beefed up our internet speeds and this hasn't been an issue of late. I hope you'll give us another chance, I can't believe we'd hang up on you for no reason.

After waiting on hold for over 12 minutes. The guy who answered was extremely rude. Acted like he could not hear me. Said he did not have the part however I gave him the stock number. Which the magically he found the part that I was looking for after stating they didnt have it. Then he just proceeded to hang up the phone (You could clearly hear him hanging up)

Didn't have the part I needed. My car is too old but the man that answered the phone found someone local that had the part without me even asking him to check. I got my impossible to find part within an hour of calling. Thanks to the guy from Central Auto Parts!

We have reason to lie about our inventory and we make a sale when it's in front of us. The unfortunate thing is that sometimes parts are missing or damaged and can be slightly different condition than when we bought the vehicle and took all the pictures. As parts are removed from the vehicle, other parts can be lost or damaged and this can change the inventory. I am sorry that this was the case but I can assure you that you were not lied to in order to not sell a product...we want to sell our parts.

Not reliable! Dishonest! On 09/26/2019 I went to this place to buy an after market stereo that I saw in one of their pickup trucks. They confirmed the radio was in stock so I proceeded to pay in full. Then they told me to return next day after 11am. I went next day after driving all the way from Boulder. Well.. On arrival they told me "Ops! the radio "was missing". The stereo was secured as shown in the recent photos of the car. It is clear that someone (staff) saw the high value of this stereo and decided to keep it instead of selling it for a much lower price to me (I am surprised that they thought that I will believed their lie). They had my phone number but didn't even call me before I took the long drive from Boulder. Again, dishonest and completely unreliable!
