My car has been in the shop for 9 weeks and still no guarantee on completion day!! Original quote was for 6 weeks. They're coming up on + 4 weeks delayed with poor excuses. I ordered my parts 2 months in advance of dropping the car off so the total time is 2 months for parts (Covid back order I understand that part) but it's taken 9 weeks to install the parts and they're still asking for another week. Still don't have the car Go literally anywhere else except this place

BAD!!. They do not fight for the customer. They forget to document damages and fail to own up. Also inspect your car before you leave! they don't care for quality control. You've been warned.

Employees are reckless. They show a complete disregard for pedestrians and vehicles requiring service while illegally parking overflow vehicals on neighborhood streets, occupying our limited parking. Witnessed one of their employees almost hit a pedestrian while nearly wrecking a tesla! They terrorize the community and think it's okay. Bad business practice.
