Absolutely awful experience. This is my third horrible experience with Brian Benis and Im never returning (Once at Hyundai, twice at Jeep). My car is brand new and started making transmission noises. They didnt want to give me a loaner car since I didnt purchase through them, but Mopar says I get one. They claimed theyd work on it with enterprise and call me back by the end of the day. No phone call. I called the next day and got the same run around. We called enterprise and they had plenty of cars, even though I was told they had none. I decided to show up in person because lets face it, brand new car making transmission noises makes me nervous. They said theyd take it for a drive real quick and check to see if it had any alerts. They didnt drive it because my mileage went up by 1 mile, and instead hooked it up to a computer to download two updates that would take 2 hours, even after I repeatedly told them I couldnt stay if they didnt have a loaner because I needed to get back to work. They left me stranded and unable to go from job site to job site. After speaking with the manager Sean, he said theyd only do the one update for the transmission and I could come back and do the second for my touchscreen which has also been an issue. My husband would drop me off at my office and theyd take my car to me. I was told 15 minutes. An hour goes by and still no car, and I had to leave to go to my next work site. I called and was told they started the second download, even though I didnt give permission in the first place. I understand I showed up unannounced and they didnt have to do anything for me, but when I say Im tight on time and am told it wont be long, but then lie and take over 2 hours basically screwing me over for my job, thats not ok. My first experience at Jeep I was lied to as well. My husband contacted Bemis corporate directly and spoke to someone there who promised hed call me the next day and never did. Its all a bunch of lies and miscommunication. The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. I will never return, not that they care. Theyll be happy I dont come back. But you lost my business, my husbands, and everyone I decide to share my experience with. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I will gladly drive elsewhere to be treated like a human and give my business to them. I should also mention the porter that dropped my car off was very friendly. But the idiots at the dealer were going to leave him stranded in negative degree weather without a coat, so I took it upon myself to drive him back. He was very kind and grateful. If only the rest of your staff were half as nice as him, youd still have me as a customer.
Offered a great deal by Don Smith, who was very helpful in walking me through my first lease. Rob helped me get all the paperwork signed and showed me all the cool features on my new truck! Erik, the finance manager, was very knowledgeable and super friendly. A great team who I would recommend to anyone! 5/5 definitely will go back!
Great service and outstanding customer experience they will definitely go out of there way to make you feel welcome and at easy when buying your next new car you can trust them they treat you like family
I'm changing my review. Mainly, because I still needed work to be done, and didn't want to give my full opinion until it was finished. I will NOT be going back. Had a recall on my Ram and was told the part was in. When I took my truck in for the recall, guess what? The part wasn't in. Rescheduled and was told it would take about 2 hours. It was over 4 hours to do the recall. Got my oil changed another time and tires rotated. Bought my tires from Bemis and always had free tire rotation. Kunes would NOT honor that, had to pay for the tire rotation. I also miss the service guys from Bemis. WIll NOT be going back to KUNES. Farm and Fleet will now be my service center.
