My husband went to this tag agency per my instructions. I usually use this agency for personal and business tags. My husband had an important appointment so I told him he could get in and out quickly. He was the first one there. First, they were late opening up, but immediately took his paperwork. Several other people come in behind him and all left before him. Someone finally asked him if he had been helped. ??? He quickly found out that they laid his paper work down and forgot about it. Their reason....... "IT WAS A MONDAY"!!! He had to reschedule a very important appointment. They are supposed to open at 8:30, and he called me at 9:08 when he was leaving. We will never go back to this agency! For personal or for the company that I work for, which USED them often, as we have a small fleet of vehicles. Very DISAPPOINTED!!!
Ill do my best to update this review if I can ever find another time to stop back in. - Called earlier in the week and was told I could do a walk-in for a license renewal if I showed up before 1pm on a given day. Figured today (Thursday) I could blow my lunch break and get in to have this done. Physically arrive around 11:45 to find the shop locked - told that they are spraying sanitizer for cleanliness. Hang out for over 30 minutes before they unlock the door. By this time there are about 20 people waiting to get in. Step foot inside to find that they are no longer doing walk-ins for the day. Could they have not posted that on the glass doors to save me my lunch break?
The most helpful and easy to deal with tag agency I have dealt with (and I have used many different ones). April and her staff are always trying to help you out, make things easier, and they are efficient. I go nowhere else even though I live 20 miles from their location.
Worst. Expect a 2 hour wait. When you actually get to the counter, expect to be turned away for not having your birth certificate EVEN THOUGH YOU ALREADY HAVE A LICENSE & its not expired. Oh & if you're a man, don't expect to be able to change your name to hyphen it with your new wife's with your marriage license. Because in Oklahoma, that's unheard of & you can't be progressive.
