Mark thank you for the review from your last visit in 2016. I checked the notes from your last time in, I also looked at the photos taken when you came in. Ashley, I spoke with the woman you spoke to upfront. I went to the cameras to hear and see what transpired. After you were asked for your insurance card to continue our process you walked out. Im sorry you felt our process made you feel as if you were talked down to. I will use this situation help us internially when dealing with customers who question our process as to why insurance companies our Crash1 ask for things.

We went here for an estimate for the damage done to my car by a tow truck, the two women in there were extremely rude and completely talked down to us as if we were children. We left without the estimate and are never going back. Terrible customer service

I took my car to crash1 after it was damaged by a snow plow, and was impressed from start to finish. The staff at Crash1 made the entire process so painless- they worked directly with my insurance and even gave me a free loaner! That was a HUGE help! They finished their work on my vehicle ahead of schedule and when I picked it up they had it looking brand new. The owner even gave us a tour of the shop( the most immaculate auto repair shop Ive ever seen) and they gave me a bouquet of flowers as a thank you for my business. Wow! Definitely recommend Crash1 for any auto body repairs.

I was told my car would be ready on Monday, when I dropped my car off on Thursday afternoon. It wasn't! I was then told it would be ready on Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. It wasn't! I did receive a call from a very condescending receptionist late Thursday afternoon that my car would be ready to pick up on Friday. I said I would be in after work. Then I was asked what time. I said I wasn't sure. Well guess what! You need an appointment to pick up your vehicle. She was very condescending and shouldn't be working with the public. I will not be going back there!
