Worst experience... They damaged my rear bumper while my car in service, promised to fix it (service manager, there body shop guy, and mayra checked the damage and admit there fault) but 4 weeks later when I called, mayra refused to fix it unless I schedule a new service appointment!!! I bought 2 new altimas since 1993 but never going back to that dealer they have the worst costumer service ever. Nazario (service advisor) who assisted me at the time of service did his best to help me but it was out of his hands & I have nothing against him & been dealing with him for a long time with no issues.
This dealership deserves 0 stars. Worst experience returning a leased vehicle. I had to take the car to glendale rather than taking it to the original dealership that i got it from. Do not go to this dealer
I bought a Nissan Pathfinder from this dealership, this was a pleasant experience and the sales person Davit help me a lot to get the model and pricing I wanted, they bid all the pricing that I had shopped around for and gave me a sweet deal and even delivered the car to my house. thank you and keep up the good job

Bought my Car from Nissan of Van Nuys with scratches on the back bumper. They said they would fix it but dont even bother picking up the phone. Also, Went in for service and car wasnt Fixed! Dont Recommend. How does a Brand new car require Service and i didn't go in for an oil change by the way.
