The wait was long. The guy in the service department acted like he had a problem checking out recall on the car. Very rude. That's a problem considering we have to go there due to contract. Saying we need new windshield wipers after they just replaced them last month. Need new employees or new attitude.
The sales people don't give you a selection of vehicles to look at. You are offered only one and told there are no more you are qualified for. I also had to involve the sales manager in order to have my car services to maintain the warranty because the service center is only open during my working hours and you aren't allowed to go any where else. They promised a hassle free experience, but they cannot deliver. In addition, when I am able to get a day off work I am told they can't work me in.

I wrote an email and got a phone call from Stephanie. Called her back and left a message and never got a return call. Poor customer service.
