Very very poor phone and email service, I've been trying to contact them for over 2 weeks to find out if my car has sold or not. Are they closed? Or just ignoring me? Car is stored at my cost while they avoid me? easy to buy but very hard to sell through them, avoid!

I wish there is anything less than one star! Please stay away from this company, they are scammers and ripping people off to make their wealth. My ordeal: I won a vehicle for C$2650. Received an invoice of $3117.8 and made payment of C$3117.8 (plus bank charges) same day thinking that the invoice was in CAD only to be told that invoice was in USD. They didn't even tell me anything for days until I followed up to ask them when my vehicle will be ready for pick up. So 2650 CAD vehicle increased to 3117.8 USD. Then they issued me late payment fee and storage fees. I requested for breakdown in fees.
