Words can explain my frustration all I can say is 4 months later they're still over spray in my interior $70000 car looks like 20000
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! My car was stolen on 2/23. I had instructed my insurance company to take it to Apple Ford, I suppose they own Tristate Collision. My car has been there since 3/8 and I was told all parts were in and that they had to install a head light on 4/20 and it would be completed. Now I am told they just discovered it needed a wiring harness and a sensor, both of which are on the 4/1 estimate which has already been paid. So now they are playing games and I have to turn in my second loaner and will be without a car due to their incompetence. If you have months to waste then I would say go ahead and use them.
I've had my BMW in here a couple of times, and had good experiences. Communication can be a bit confusing at times, and delivery of the finished work was delayed a bit past the original estimate. But knowledgeable and helpful staff make up for it.
Brought my car here in January following an accident and was by far the worst workmanship i've seen on a car. the customer service wasn't horrible but the level of workmanship was sub-par at best. they failed to notice that the skid plate was cracked in half the first time and then the part that they did fix ended up cracking a month later and requires rework.
