Customer service on the phone should have given me a hint to not go here but it's fine. I got my business cards and they were completely cut off (from being off center) I sent them several vector files that would be an easy fix or I could have quickly done it had they asked. My box was taped up heavy duty which makes me feel like they knew something was wrong and maybe I wouldn't check right away. Ice worked in the printing industry 8 years and never been at any company that tapes it like it's fragile and being shipped when a customer picks it up.

This place offers exceptional customer service! Annette was wonderful to work with. She listened to my ideas and made my daughter's Quinceanera inserts look amazing!
