Dont take your car here to be fixed. They will charge you for something that is on warranty or recall. After paying them $2000 to fix something that didnt get fixed and having to take it back and then get charged again for their mistake. If you dont know anything about cars, dont go here. They will fix everything except what needs to be fixed. Shep Chevrolet definitely takes you for a ride.

Our experience started on the internet. My request for showing from Rich Murano was returned in a timely manner. We wanted to go through a small town dealership because there were no personable sales "professionals" in the big city. They had just what my fiancé and I were looking for, Rich made sure we paid a fair price. If you are looking for a no hassle/haggle dealership, take a little drive to Haven and see Rich.
