We live in Oregon, but saw an add for a used VW at Larson. We talked to a salesman who assured us that it was in cherry condition with not a scratch or blemish inside or out, so we decided it was worth the 2 hour drive up there. Once up there we discovered there was a huge rock chip in the windshield that looked like someone had made a poor attempt at repairing. The Jerry the Salesman swore up and down that he hadn't seen it prior to his phone consultation with us and apologized profusely. We decided to purchase the car anyway with a promise that they windshield would be replaced. In the sales office where we were arranging financing we were presented with 4 payment options, each a little more expensive. The price difference was the level of "dealer service agreement" you were purchasing. We chose the lowest price which we though was the option for NO dealer service agreement. We later found that a finance agreement that DID NOT include a Service Agreement was NEVER OFFERED TO US, and the lowest payment amount was just the least comprehensive agreement. The Service Agreement that we had unknowingly purchased turned out to be $3000 - an amount that also was NOT DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. The next day, back in Oregon, I was on the phone fighting to get the Service Agreement removed and get the windshield fixed (per our purchase agreement) and the sales manager said to me, "Yes, I know all about the rock chip. Jerry showed it to me yesterday morning and I instructed him to have our repair department fill it, but I guess they didn't do a very good job." WHAT?!?!? Jerry knew about the windshield all along and and FLAT OUT LIED to us during the original phone consultation. If he had disclosed the damage to the windshield, we never would have made the 4 hour round-trip drive. DO NOT BUY SO MUCH AS A KEY FOB FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They are underhanded and dishonest.

Bought a brand new 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Within 4 hours of leaving the parking lot the jeep was losing transmission fluid and failed. Larsen sent a pickup truck to retrieve the jeep and then spent over 3 weeks getting a new transmission. That's not bad ... sometimes these things happen. The bad part is that the sales department tried to blame the transmission issue on my driving. The service department would give me date after date after date when the jeep would be fixed. Even the plates were not mailed to us or a call given so that we could come and pick them up. If you're looking for an honest place to shop for a quality car ... this is not the place.

I recently visited Larson Chrysler with the intentions of buying a Jeep Patriot. Nobody was outside in the lot to talk to or ask questions on the cars that they had outside. I had to take the initiative to walk inside to find a salesman to get the ball rolling. I just so happened to find a salesman by the name of wade Hunt great salesman knows his Jeeps. I had all my questions answered on the spot the salesman was a straighter shooter. This dealership offered great service from the moment I walked in. Very friendly employees and intelligent. Military friendly aswell and some of the salesman were either prior active duty or in the Reserves. Everyone helped me get through the paperwork process smoothly. The finance manager was very helpful and helped me attain a great interest rate for my new 2012 Jeep Patriot Sport 4x4. I was refered by a friend to come here and I will definitly would recommend this dealer to anyone. Major props to Wade Hunt for delivering my Jeep to base. The show room was clean and the building was well air conditioned.

I certainly hope I had read the reviews before purchasing at this place. We were sold a brand new car which turned out to have been damaged from underneath. Worst thing that could happen too, that is, the brake pipe was severed. I am only thankful this did not result in an accident threatening our lives or those of others. This was a VERY UNPLEASANT experience. This place is not at all reliable. I wish there was a rating BELOW POOR to give to this place.
