Dear Love Pink, I'm told you dropped off your vehicle at 1:30 pm stating it had an oil leak and you thought you had hit something. Our representative outlined you could pay as retail or send this through your insurance company. I'm being told you chose the insurance company route. In order for that to happen, an adjuster has to visit first. You came back the following morning just after we opened and you inquired why was nothing done to your vehicle. We stated we were waiting for your adjuster to arrive. At that point, you picked up your vehicle and drove off. I'm not sure why we earned this 1-star rating. What did we do wrong? Went to East Hills to lease a new 2018 Malibu. Ingrid Grullon was the first to greet me at the door and I'm soooooo glad she did. I've gone through the leasing process many times over the years but this experience was far better than all of them combined. Ingrid was just amazing to deal with. Joyce Gold is the best. Today was the fourth lease we did with her. She has always gotten for us superior deals. Working with Joyce is always a pleasant experience. She has always gone way above the call of duty. She knows how to make the impossible possible. I want to add to my review from last year. Again, Joyce has given me a great deal. This is lease number five. I now own a beautiful, loaded Equinox at a great price. As always, she goes way beyond.
