Not impressed with the service department at all. If anyone knows anything about newer pickups and emissions on the DEF system you know your going to have problems and of course without much notice. John Kohl is zero help to get your pickup in the shop in a timely order. First run in with this place was 6 months ago and was told they didn't have time to look at it and conversation was over. Just tried again with another emission issue and told them my light came on and had 150 miles before the speed is limited and was told its going to be 6 days before you they could look at it. 6 DAYS come on????? its a 30 minute fix just like it was 6 months ago but your not going to get service from John Kohl. Thankful I didn't buy my pickup from them and i don't plan on trying to do any business with this low customer care company in the future.

They wanted $120 for a simple balance and rotation. This being during a pandemic I'd bet my life that these crooks are price gouging. Will be making a report to the Nebraska BBB. Oh and the lady who answered the phone hung up on me quite rudely. What trash these "people" are. Would give no stars. I'm sorry, I won't change or take down the review, for the simple fact that the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and hostile. Regardless of any confusion, that's absolutely uncalled for. I wish I had her name so you could fire her, in which case I would change this review.
