The service people miraculously missed over $2000 of work the first time around, when they roped me in with a minor job. They messed up my steering, then blamed a bunch of other issues that they missed or ignored to tell me about the first time. Now my car is unstable. I understand that it benefits their business if I just go get a new car from them, but they need to at least pretend to have the customer's best interests in mind. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I just purchased a 2022 Explorer XLT replacing a 2014 Explorer. This is my 5th Explorer since 1990. The sales person Nick Mazzara was amazing... professional, knowledgeable, organized. He did everything to make purchasing a new vehicle a very satisfying experience. When the new Explorer arrived he gave me a tutorial on the many new features and changes on the 2022 vehicle. He explained the push button start, touch screen, driver assist, rotary gear shift dial, android auto gps, pairing a mobile phone, instrument cluster, gauges etc. It was extremely comprehensive and informative. I was completely satisfied and prepared to drive my new Explorer.Thanks.

Purchased a CPO car this passed Saturday. John the salesman was great, helpful and informative. Chris the finance manager was also helpful. They worked with us with our trade and the whole process was very low pressure and efficient. I have always hated buying a car because of the back and forth dealing and high pressure tactics and the long 4 to 5 hour ordeal but this purchase was painless and a real treat to me and my wife. First time in 30 years of purchasing cars. Highly recommend them if they work like this all the time.
