My daughter and I bought a car from Love Honda a month ago. I had to do numerous trips in person to provide Ray in Finance documentation that I've already provided. My daughter, who has the car, lives out of state. The temporary tags expired and she notified Love Honda. She found out that Ray in finance never turned in her insurance information. I provided this documentation 3 times! She called the car registration place in her county and was told the documentation was never turned from Love Honda. The finance person, Ray, has left a very bad impression of Love Honda.
So I went in for service just asked a simple question about my Honda and I was greeted with hostility and non-joy joy feelings. The older woman I guess she was a service advisor seemed very angry she must not like her job. Maybe she would be better suited as a Walmart greeter, or maybe work is a fry chef and McDonalds. Maybe some type of employment with very little human contact and interaction with anything that breathes air. A younger gentleman and a middle-age black man looked at me like I had three heads, so I just left because I thought to myself there may be a shooting here and theyll be the ones doing the shooting and I didnt want the one to be shot to be me.

Love Honda has the friendliest staff and the nicest salesmen. They make the best deals and make all of their customers feel important.
Today I had my Honda oil changed @ love Honda. Was in and out in about 1 hr . Very great service. I go to love Honda for All my dealer needs . Great people to deal with.

I filled out a pre-approval credit app online. This lady called me to tell us we were approved, set up an appointment and everything else. She told me they wouldn't have had her call me if they weren't able to do something for us, for us to drive all the way there (35 minutes) to find out we weren't approved, which took them about 6 minutes total to figure out. For a full time student/worker, they couldn't have wasted mine or my husbands time anymore.
