The sales experience was great. My specialist was highly responsive without being pushy and listened to my needs. I bought a car after about a week of communication. Then they showed their true colors! The finance department was very pushy and tried to upsell everything, even against my continued rejections. I agreed to sell them my old car for $500. I stayed in contact with my specialist consistently until he completely ghosted me, at which point I could not get help from anyone. They had my car and I did not see a cent for three months! Finally I got my money, but by then more trouble was brewing. I was driving down the road when my driver side mirror fell off, damaging the door. No impact, just fell off. I called DGDG and they had me bring the car in, assuring me it was covered by warranty. I drove there three separate times, wasting hours of my time and paying a toll every time because they did not get the right pictures for GMs warranty service. Finally they took the right pictures and sent them in. That was a month ago. Today I called to find that my claim had been rejected and nobody bothered to tell me. No communication at all, and three days and tolls wasted. DGDG has proven to be unreliable, unresponsive, and uncaring. Pretty depressing after such a great introduction.

Experience was great, thanks to Chandler P. Came out to help right away, even tho my wife knew exactly which car we were there for, it was nice not waiting to be asked. The whole process took a while but Chandler fought to get me a great deal, he didn't stop with the first offer to see if I was okay with it. He made sure I left with a great buy to come back for second time. Thank you Team Vallejo! Will be seeing you again in the near future
Staff was very professional and courteous. Hated forking over 200 bucks for them to tell me there wasn't any issues with my vehicle but nonetheless I had a great experience.
I have been using Mazda services for many years, and unfortunately, this will be my last time. It's going to be 4 days trying to get my car repaired, and back too me. WHY I HAVE TO PAY FOR A NEW SERVICE DOCUMENTATION SYSTEM IS BEYOND ME.
