I arrived, and had to wait for over 20 mins after scheduling an appointment. I also overheard some of the workers stating my wait time was unacceptable. I am leaving two stars because I had a pleasant experience with a Sales Rep. who had picked up the slack for the rep who I was supposed to meet with. I also met with the Sales Manager who was assisting with financing, and I left two messages for him. The folks who picked up the phone (made two calls), stated he would give me a call back, but this happened a couple of days after my first call. Regardless of the financing decision, it would have been nice to hear something. Out of frustration I will be purchasing a car from another dealer outright. I had some important timelines to hit, and I didn't feel like a priority there from the get go. I am not angry or upset (as there are alternative choices), rather this is just extremely disappointing. This is the first time I entered a car dealership where I felt like a low priority customer.

We came here twice and were assisted by Derek both times. He is so kind, patient and professional. Talking to him is so easy, it's like talking to a good friend. We left the first time without a car but he never pressured us during the process which we appreciated. We've been to tons of dealers in search for our first car and no one gave better customer service than Derek. We ended up going back to Capitol Chevrolet a week later to get our very first car because our experience with Derek couldn't be beat. Can't recommend him enough! If you need a car, he's your guy. 10/10 experience!

My car broke down and I had no other means of getting to work in the morning and dropping off my daughter in preschool. I was originally going to have the car towed to a different dealership but they said I had to make n appointment and they wouldn't be able to look at my car for to see what is wrong for over a week. I couldn't afford that that would mean I would be without a car for over a week with no way of going work. So I called capital Chevy and while my car was being towed I changed it for them to drop it off at capital Chevy. They were able to provide me with a rental and looked at my car asap. Very satisfied with my experience

Luis was very helpful and communicated with me every step of the way while I was waiting for repairs to be done on my car. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my car, the check engine light came on before I left the lot, so Luis recommended that I leave the car and take a loaner. I explained that I would be leaving the state, he assured me car would be placed back in the shop to be checked, again. I messaged Luis a week later to check status of the car but he was out on personal/grievance leave and told me to contact service dept. I did. I spoke to an Andrew who let me know that my car had not been worked on because an order or something had not been placed for the shop to work on it....
