If i could give no stars and minus zeros I would!!! This place SUCKS!!! Let me explain: I have a 2019 XJL The only service dealerships between cedar rapids that i have the pleasure of dealing with is Jaguar In Schaumburg Illinois or SORRY arse Wilis jaguar of Des Monies. On several occasions ive tried dealing with the service department and all attempts have FAILED!!! They have every excuse in the darn book not to service you! I recently tried to give ole wilis a last and final consideration for some professional upfront service... Guess what NOPE!!!!!!!! I have a jaguar Wilis is a jaguar dealership or service facility for jaguar. . I come all the way here to get disappointed once (a darn) again. I came on a Saturday as soon as opening. I needed a lug ( not a lug nut) a whole entire lug. Someone tried to steal a tire and broke or damaged the lug and it was broken completely off. So i was told i needed a lug... i attempted to bring to ole willis jaguar and service told me this:::: Saturdays we only service Infiniti and Cadillac. You would have to make an appointment I find it hard to believe that a service technician on Saturday May 28th 2022 Rather or not he or she was Cadillac infinite Toyota Nissan etc Couldn't repair a lug or stud whatever!!!! I could do it myself A baby duck could do it!!! But guess who couldn't do it!!!! Good ole sorry arse WILLIS!!! )WHATCHU TALKING BOUT WILLIS!!!(
Where I might have previously thought I'd buy from here I won't now . Just driving down the road making a left turn and one of their vehicles with D759 plates sped up in a Jaguar suv and cut me off almost hitting my car then proceeded to go slow in front of me. If that's how you treat people on the street I will never buy from your campus for any reason. I had my family in the car. Tell the lady that was driving she should be more considerate and careful of other drivers and actually obey traffic laws.

They make service on your vehicle easy and understandable! Ours was picked up (on time) from our driveway and returned on the same day when the service was complete. They even applied a few of the services under warranty so my final bill was less than the initial estimate. We are glad Willis is our "go to"
