Don't come to this location if your vehicle in under warranty. When they realize they won't be able to upsell you they'll treat you like a burden and send you off without fixing a thing because it was "free".
Service advisor and technician lied to me about their reccomendations needed to my 2004 Accord. I went in for a Service advisor Amit Meht and unknown technician lied to me about their "reccomendations" needed to my 2004 Accord. I went in for a safety recall on the air bags, and during their "free" multi-point inspection, they came back and "recommended" I change my power steering fluid because it was dirty and had small leak. They also "recommended" changing the timing belt. What they did not know is that I had my car serviced three weeks prior at a Toyota dealership across the street and they performed those exact services on my car, but since Honda's computer system did not reflect those repairs, they "assumed" the car needed those repairs. I declined their "recommendation," returned to Toyota, and they were able to verify and confirm that Honda's "concerns" were not required/valid. This makes me question Buena Park Honda's integrity. Everyone from Buena Park Honda was very nice and helpful! I came in for an Accord that I've been planning for the past 3 month. Tony was very knowledgeable letting me know the in's and out's of the car and then went for a test drive. He was helpful and pulled two Accords next to each other so I could better view of the exterior colors, the Steel Metallic vs Hematite Metallic. Although they didn't have the Hematite Metallic Tony went to another dealership during AFTER HOURS to get me my color. John from the financing department was much appreciated. He made the paperwork easy to follow and help lower my pre approved APR. Overall great experience on buying my first car and the team there is friendly and accommodating!
