When you go in for an oil change, you have to stand next to your car for a long time before they come out and greed you and they ask you what you are here for. They need a better way of getting customers checked in in the stevie department. The free car wash you get with an oil change, sucks. They say is "free" but we all know it really is not.

My wife and I worked with Victor and he was extremely helpful throughout the process. Made it painless to help us trade in our Fiat for a CX-9. When I was looking online I saw a few different kicks and inquired about 2-3. When talking with them I asked for the gray 2020 version and was under the impression that is why we were working on. I was at work for this process and asked them to have all the paperwork done and ready for me to pick it up as I was in a rush. It seems as if they used my business as a way to get me to buy a 2019 kick when I told them I wanted the 2020. They have now refused to do anything to make this right. I will say that everyone should not shop here and if you do question every move they make.
