What a shameless dealer. This is 2nd time they did this to me and so I am writing this review. They have no shame charging on top of MSRP. First reason to not contact them. 2nd, they asked me to drive for three hours and once I reach at their location, they will not accept documents for rebate. I offered them to pay and adjust it later once I submit any document, but they do not care. Such a waste of time. Typical: bait-and-switch. Why you call people to come at your location? If you want understand specifics then please contact your staff Mr. Eddie or the bargainer and jerk Mr. Edres. They work for you so ask them.

So, I tried this dealership 3 times. 1) I contacted them in December for a quote on 2015 FRS, their sales guy forced me to go to dealership and take a testdrive (told me he couldn't give me a quote over the phone). So I went there, took a test drive and then he gave me crazy high price and APR. When I told him that it is insane to pay for this car almost 500 per month for 92 monthes he called his boss and his boss started literally yelling at me and telling me that I'm waisting theirs time and that the price is good. Couple weeks later I bought same car from other dealership with 0.9 apr and way lower payments for 60 months. 2) I decided to go there for a first maintance. Everything went smooth. 3) Couple days ago I started hearing loud clucking noise from my car's rear wheel, when I'm enabling handbreak. I contacted Dublin Toyota service department and they told me that I have to leave my car for whole day and they won't give me a free loan car while they are fixing mine just because it's not engine/transmission/safety issue. Even though another name for hand brake is "emergency brake" he told me that it is not a safety issue, while main brake system is still working. I'm a mechanic (in the past) myself and I know exactly what's wrong with hand breake on this car and it is a safety issue, just don't want to fix car, which is under warranty myself (I even have toyota care plus!). So, Dublin Toyota, you guys won't see me again ever. You are the closest Dealership to me, but I would rather go to another city, than than to you.
