I had my 2014 Equinox at the dealership 3 times to be worked on (check engine light) within the span of a month. The first time I was told 2 coil packs had been replaced (light came back on the next day), the 2nd time 2 fuel injectors were replaced (didn't leave the dealership before the light came back on). I then left my vehicle while it was looked at more deeply. Nine days later it was 'fixed' (A.I.R. pump replaced) again only to have the check engine light come back on several days later. At this point my vehicle's manufacturer's warranty had expired along with my patience with Carfagno Chevrolet. This leads me to believe either Carfagno has inept mechanics/technicians working there or Chevrolet is producing a defective product. Either way, I will not be going back to Carfagno or Chevrolet with my money.
It took them 2 hours to do oil change with appointment which is less than 30 min job even 45 mins is acceptable ! Worst customer service by the service department and people who take appointments for service !
Frank and his people know how to treat there customers and do what they say. I've been buying cars from Carfagno for years. Great company to deal with.

If you truly want service....go elsewhere this dealership needs an overhaul of their service department....advisors need to be retrained on customer service etiquette and management needs eyeand ear appointments ASAP.
