Worst customer service ever, wont fess up to wrong doings and puts blame on others. They forgot to add fluid to the rear end in my truck and now makes a god awful noise while driving. I would not let them work on a bicycle.

They were not rude until they messed up and sent a damaged motor. I would recommend Strouds over this place or Mclambs. Worst customer service I have seen in a while. Don't get me wrong they are nice until you raise an eyebrow to them
