I have a few high end cars. The experience is much better elsewhere. I usually call my service rep, they take the car and keys and I leave. This experience was painful. I drop my car off. Then have to wait 25 minutes for my name to be called just so that I can tell the receptionist the same thing I told them on the phone when I scheduled the visit and the same thing I told the person I dropped the car off with. Make your system more efficient. Treat your customers like their time matters.

The service is alright and Scott (my service advisor) is the absolute best! Just DO NOT LET THEM WASH YOUR CAR, you will be sorry. They left soap on my grill and my wipers are permanetly spotted with soap!#!!
