Terrible service. Went to purchase a AWD Sportage. Test drove a FWD, and was told that there were no AWDs on the lot, so "oh well." No attempt to call another dealership to locate one, just "we will call you if one comes in." Shoddy service (Christian was the sales person), We went next door to Pacifico Ford and bought an AWD Escape. Easy and seamless with Ford.

I'd give no stars if I could. And honestly wish I could video tape my review so you understand that what I'm about to say is true. This car dealership is the WORST spent 4 hrs of wasted time. The only positive thing about the experience was the original sales rep Diane. After telling the truth and expressing our true monthly affordable amount they played us, had us test drive the car, and than sit and wait some more. Mind you we spoke to 2 ppl, Diane and the VP of the dealership. Don't you know after all that wait they came at us with 2 prices of which we couldn't afford which they already knew. When we counter offered he sent his short son to give us 2 different numbers than before. My husband and I walked out disgusted. Never again. Horrible business, horrible customer service, and ghetto.
