Simón, we refused service to you. You came into the office with another person and then attempted to alter legal documents thereby committing fraud. When we refused service to you, you became upset and left. Im happy to go into greater detail if you like but I would not advise that.

The women here seem so uninterested. I walk in and they're gossiping about a coworker and I have to stand there and wait to even be acknowledged. All I wanted was to mail in a signed title. The red haired woman has the worse attitude, snatching things away and rolling her eyes at other customers in the room. Almost rather wait an hour in line at the DMV then catch the bad energy in that room so early in the morning.

I went to Auto Tags of East Broward to have my title transferred and when I walked in I should have ran out as fast as possible. The woman who was in the office started talking down to one of the employees who works there very loud and rude in front of the customers. Then when I was assisted by the person who worked there, his named Max or Alex (can't remember his name) I advised him what I needed and provided all the documentation but he didn't complete the title transfer correctly and when I called to discuss that they didn't do it correctly I spoke with Bruno who was very nice at first but when I explained they made a mistake and wanted to charge me another $175 for their mistake he became very rude and said I have to end the call because they didn't want to fix their mistake. I highly recommend not using this company as they are all about the money and not about helping the customer.
