What a great experience I had at Newburgh Toyota. I went to shop around and ended up with a beautiful new vehicle! Frank, the General Sales Manager and Jason, my salesman were wonderful to work with. I never felt pressured or hurried into making a decision and they made sure I was happy with the choice I was making. They were thorough and made the whole experience so easy! Horrible !! The GM as well as the service manager should find a new profession, preferably not in customer service/satisfaction. Stay away !! Go to Johnston's Toyota worth the trip
