The receptionist in service needs to learn some basic customer service skills. Like looking customers in the eye. Speaking up in a clear audible voice. NOT LIKE A MOUSE. When asked to speak up she could. When the cars was finished I was never given a call to let me know my car was done. 3 hours for an oil change.

I recently went to the Riverhead Eagle Mazda and to say I was disappointed would be a huge understatement. When I strolled the lot looking at all the 2020 Mazda C-5s and found one I liked, I brought the Vin# to the Mazda salesman. He was unable to find that Vin #. Not losing hope, I asked if he had a similar model in his inventory. He claimed that he did and when I asked test drive it, he informed me that I could....As long as didnt go over 20 mph! He told me that the new cars still had the factory settings on them....What? My wife and I left at this point.

Just purchased my familys tenth vehicle, since 2002, from Eagle Auto Mall. Since 2010, we have solely dealt with Mr. Joe Gandhi who is exceptional in his customer service. He is knowledgeable with respect to every make and model sold at this dealership and keeps our familys needs in perspective. His laidback and friendly manner make the stress of purchasing/leasing a vehicle a breeze and it is what has primarily made us loyal customers. We would not think of going elsewhere for a vehicle! The service is always personal and on point. I always recommend Eagle Auto Mall to family and friends!

Disorganized and unprofessional. I spend several calls with their manager ordering a part and scheduling service. I drive almost 2 hours to get the service only to have them tell me (1) the part was not ordered (which they had confirmed earlier) and while I was put down for an appointment I was not in the schedule for service. The lady I talked to was at the dealership but they refused to get her to explain what happened. Worst experience I have had in a long time.
